DUHOK – The Ministry of Health announced the commencement of the Fifth International Scientific Conference on Skin Diseases and Cosmetics in Duhok on Saturday, September 7, 2024. The event was inaugurated by Saman Barzanji, the Minister of Health for the Kurdistan Regional Government.
The conference, organized by the Association of Dermatologists in collaboration with the Ministry of Health, attracted a significant number of specialist doctors from the Kurdistan Region, Iraq, and various international locations. The focus of the event is to explore the latest advancements in the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of skin diseases, as well as the cosmetic industry’s innovations.
With a broad agenda, the conference aims to address emerging challenges in dermatology and cosmetics, discussing modern global practices and the integration of new treatment methods.
