President Masoud Barzani, who led diplomatic and relief efforts for Rojava, praised this response, thanking citizens for their aid and solidarity. He also acknowledged the role of the Barzani Charity Foundation (BCF), media outlets, organizations, and individuals who contributed, noting their efforts as a fulfillment of a national and patriotic duty.
